Eric Schlutz

Both my wife, Teri, and I grew up on farms in the Muscatine area and graduated from Louisa-Muscatine High School. Upon graduation from Oklahoma State University in 1996, we returned to the area and started a family. We have three children, Dale, Grace, & Jake, who provide all the excitement we need. While I stay busy with real estate, Teri is a registered nurse in the CVICU at the University of Iowa.

I'm active in several organizations including Louisa-Muscatine School Board, Realtors Land Institute, Past-President of the Muscatine Board of Realtors, Leadership Muscatine-Graduate, Past-President of the Louisa County Cattlemen's Association, President of the Colonel's Kids Childcare Center Board, and serve as a youth coach for L-M Youth League.

Because of my diverse background of agricultural, construction, and business it helps to ensure my clients are given the best possible service.
